Program structure

The structure of the Executive MBA programme at EIFM is designed to be as efficient as possible while allowing students to gain a comprehensive and practical education in business and management. The programme is divided into several modules that focus on different aspects of business leadership and the development of managerial skills.

As the programme is designed for experienced managers who already have a number of years of experience in business, they can apply the knowledge and skills acquired very quickly and effectively in practice, enabling them to move quickly in their careers and be successful in their fields.

Tuition fee of the program:
€ 7000

The tuition fee for the EMBA programme is € 7000. Payment can be made in one lump sum or spread over up to 5 interest-free instalments.

A first instalment of € 1500 is always required before the start of your studies. Tuition fees include study materials and access to all seminars or online lectures organised by the European Institute of Finance & Management.

5% discount
If the student decides to pay the tuition fee in one lump sum before starting his/her studies, a discount of 5% of the tuition fee will be applied additionally.

Admission procedure

There are no tests, exams or interviews as part of the admissions process. All you have to do is meet the study requirements, which are as follows for the EMBA programme:

  • Completion of at least a Bachelor’s degree,
  • A CV with sufficient information about your education, volunteer experience, work experience, or extracurricular activities,
  • Motivation letter – In case the admissions committee has doubts about accepting you to study, they may require a motivation letter that should reflect your professional goals, strengths, focus, etc.

The Management and Corporate Governance course is a key step in the process of developing managerial and team leadership skills in a corporate environment. The course provides students with the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to effectively manage an organisation. During the course of study, students will learn how to plan and coordinate the overall strategy and objectives of an organization. They will also learn how to work with budgets and resources, how to manage human resources and how to lead teams. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to effectively manage the corporate environment, be successful in team management and strategy planning, and have overall insight into the operations of a business.

Financial Management of the Enterprise

The Financial Management of the Enterprise course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the financial management of a business. During the course of study, students will learn how to plan, monitor and manage the financial resources of an organisation. This course also includes topics such as financial analysis, financial instruments and investments, and risk management. The course also covers practical aspects such as budgeting, cost control and sources of finance. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to effectively manage the financial side of a business, be able to make strategic decisions based on financial data, and improve the financial performance of an organization.

Business negotiation techniques and skills

The Business Negotiation, Techniques and Skills course focuses on developing students' negotiation and communication skills within a business environment. Students will learn to identify and use negotiation strategies, tactics and techniques and will be able to apply the knowledge gained in dealing with business partners. The course also covers areas such as ethics and cultural differences in the business environment, building relationships with business partners, and conflict resolution. Graduates of this course will have an overview of different approaches to business negotiation and will be able to use a variety of techniques and strategies to reach advantageous agreements.

Corporate culture and identity

The Corporate Culture and Identity course focuses on the importance of corporate culture to the success of a business. International trade and business strategy

The course International Trade and Business Strategy focuses on the business relationships and strategies of companies in an international environment. Students will learn to analyse markets and their specifications, such as cultural differences and business practices in different countries. The course also examines international trade issues, including import and export of goods, investment and legal issues. Students will also learn how to develop business strategies that will be effective in an international environment and how to manage the risks and challenges that are associated with international trade. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to effectively manage international business activities and have a deeper understanding of international trade and its strategic aspects.

Team leadership and development

The Leadership and Team Development course focuses on the practical skills and tools needed to effectively lead and develop a team in an organization. Students will learn how to identify and resolve problems within a team, how to develop effective communication skills, how to manage conflict and how to promote employee development. The course also covers issues of team dynamics, including the roles and responsibilities of individual team members, creating a shared vision and goals, and coordinating team activities. Students will also learn how to develop a team culture and how to overcome various challenges such as team failure and loss of motivation. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to use effective team tools and techniques to lead and develop teams and improve team and organizational performance.

International Law and Ethics in Business

The International Law and Ethics in Business course examines the basic legal issues a manager may encounter in an international environment. Students will learn about the legal systems and basic legal standards that govern international business. They will also learn to distinguish between legal obligations in different countries and to resolve ethical dilemmas. This course prepares students to make decisions in situations where they encounter ethical and legal issues in international business. The Leadership and Personal Development of the Manager course focuses on the development of managerial skills and personal growth.
